As an education startup ready to explode, CredEd is looking for our next full-stack software engineer to join in our growth. We are actively looking to bring on the top 1% of all humans to join this team.

For this crucial role in CredEd’s growth we have an “unusual” application. Because of the importance of this role, we are extremely selective, and only accept the best – those dedicated to the mission, willing to expand their comfort zone and grow with the company.

  • About the Position

    We currently have two position available, yet are only making one available for now. Not because we can’t fill two but because we set the bar high. When CredEd was started we decided we were only going to work with A+ players, we believe the CredEd mission is too important to settle for anything less.

  • Background History:
    • Regularly shipping quality finished code into the wild
    • Creating full features, relatively unsupervised
    • Valuing autonomy and ownership of your work
    • Maintaining a constructive peer review environment
    • Prioritizing customer experience above all else
    • Pushing to constantly improve your craft through technology or process
    • Collectively taking ownership & pride in the product
  • Programming Languages Experience:
    • C#, MVC 5, Razor Syntax, CSS, JQuery, HTML, Python, SQL
    • We practice SCRUM with continuous integration and continuous deployment
    • We write tests extensively. Tests that help us think out code design and protect ourselves allowing us to ultimately move faster
